As Project Manager for Hyundai’s Elantra N photoshoot, I oversaw crew, drivers, schedules,, catering, talent, and locations. While we had Estoril’s racetrack secured, the other two locations posed unique challenges.

At the first, we were permitted only a two-hour window before 8 AM to avoid traffic disruptions. The second required a 30-foot crane positioned on a busy sidewalk, demanding careful coordination with local authorities and safety measures.

Fortunately, the weather was on our side, and the shoot ran smoothly. Photographer Ben Pichelman and client producer Joaquin Karten were both very pleased with the results and the team’s execution.
